At Giggles – The Fun Shop For Gifts, we take immense care in packaging and delivering your orders with love and safety. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong in transit.

📦 No Returns or Refunds

Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased on our website or at our store. Once your order is placed and delivered, all sales are considered final.

💥 Damaged or Broken Items? We’ve Got You!

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will be happy to replace the item after verification.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Please make a video while unboxing the package, clearly showing the issue.

  • The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The packaging condition

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged product

  • Send the video to us at giggles.del@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

After reviewing the video and inspecting the situation, we will contact you with the outcome. If approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

🚚 Shipping Costs

In case a return is authorized (in exceptional circumstances), you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

🎁 Gift Orders

If your order was a gift and meets our damage replacement criteria, we will provide a replacement or gift credit as appropriate.
