📦 No Returns or Refunds
Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased online or in-store. Once your order is placed and delivered, all sales are considered final.
💥 Received a Damaged or Broken Item? Don’t Worry!
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it after verification.
To be eligible for a replacement:
Please record a video while unboxing your package. The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show:
The shipping label
The condition of the packaging
The unboxing process
The damaged product
Email the video to giggles.del@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
After reviewing the video, our team will assess the situation and contact you. If approved, a free replacement will be sent your way.
🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns
In rare cases where a return is authorized, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless specified otherwise. We suggest using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
🎁 Gift Orders
If your item was a gift and qualifies for replacement, we’ll either send a replacement or issue gift credit—whichever fits best!
