SHIPPING & RETURNS

We carefully pack and dispatch every order from our Connaught Place store with love and care. Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.

SAFE PACKAGING ALWAYS

All products are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely to avoid damage in transit.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, simply send us an unboxing video showing the damage for review.

REPLACEMENTS ON DAMAGE

If approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost. Make sure to email the video within 24 hours of delivery.
